Centrum Health is pleased to announce our partnership with the Florida Department of Children & Families (FL DCF) as a Community Access Partner.

A Community Partner serves as an additional access point for individuals who are seeking assistance with applying for food assistance (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP), cash assistance (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or TANF), and/or Medicaid.

As a community partner with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) ACCESS Florida, we want you to know that you can apply or re-certify for public assistance by contacting us through one of the methods below:
